Nathan K. Walters
Chief Strategy Officer & Founder

Nathan K. Walters is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) & Founder of Bridgepoint Executives, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across diverse sectors including real estate, municipal government, oil and gas, advertising, and education.
His executive career features operating at the Vice President level in the real estate sector, where he led national marketing strategy, MarTech strategy, and enterprise strategic planning. He also served at the Director level in municipal government, spearheading digital transformation, analytics, and customer experience strategy while managing a workforce of 250 staff.
Nathan's deep capability is reinforced by an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, which included a corporate residency in Kansas with a subsidiary of Johnson Controls, and a Master of Management in AI (MMAI) from Queen’s University. His MMAI studies included a key collaboration project, working with Google Canada to engage in advanced analytics / AI and advise Google's client, Shopify, on their marketing impact, as well as provide MarTech recommendations.
Leveraging this unique hybrid foundation, Nathan serves as a critical connector between the technical space and the executive table. This enables SME organizations to effectively align operational activities directly to corporate strategy and key organizational outcomes, translating complex challenges into clear, measurable business outcomes and sustained operational momentum.
