Nathan K. Walters

Nathan K. Walters is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) & Founder of Bridgepoint Executives, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across real estate, municipal government, energy, advertising, and education.
His executive background includes serving as a Vice President in the real estate sector, where he led national marketing, MarTech, and enterprise strategic planning. He also served as a Director in municipal government, spearheading digital transformation, analytics, and customer experience strategy while managing a workforce of 250 staff.
Nathan’s strategic capability is reinforced by an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, completing a corporate residency with a subsidiary of Johnson Controls, and a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI) from Queen’s University. During his MMAI, he collaborated with Google Canada on advanced analytics to advise Shopify on marketing impact and MarTech optimization.
Leveraging this hybrid foundation, Nathan serves as a critical connector between technical innovation and the executive table. He enables SMEs to align operational activities with corporate strategy, translating complex challenges into measurable business outcomes and sustained momentum. Beyond his firm, Nathan serves on the Board of the Edmonton Business Association as Chair of the Knowledge and Thought Leadership portfolio.
