HALIFAX, NS | June 1, 2026 - Kevel Studios is a 4-storey mixed-use development within the luxury King’s Wharf community, featuring 64 fully furnished, luxury residential apartments. Designed for specialized, 30-day minimum stays, the building offers a "turnkey" value proposition including professional cleaning services, ferry terminal access to downtown Halifax, and waterfront views. 

Bridgepoint Executives provided the comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) 12-month plan and product branding for the project, engineering the roadmap to guide the asset to a stabilized occupancy of 90% or higher.

By aligning this unique luxury offering with various life transitions and the fundamental need to feel "more at home," we curated a brand identity that focuses on elevating a refined experience “your way.” Our strategy moves beyond the generic hotel model to provide a plug-and-play solution for key lifestyle segments, whether they are specialists on professional contracts, local homeowners maintaining their standard of living during a renovation, or remote-first urbanites seeking a waterfront hub.

Beyond the identity, we activated a dual-armed B2B engine to integrate the project into regional recruitment and relocation pipelines through Preferred Employer and Broker Referral programs.
