These services are delivered via an embedded, fractional executive ("C-suite Co-pilot") model, focusing on strategy, digital, analytics, and marketing functions for the SME sector.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Bridgepoint Property

All content on the website, including text, logos, trademarks, and the proprietary methodology underlying our service models (e.g., the structure of the Diagnostics, Playbooks, and the "Operational Gravity Well" concept), are the property of Bridgepoint Group Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

B. Deliverables and Client Use

Upon final payment for an executed service agreement, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final, approved Deliverables (e.g., Playbooks, Strategic Blueprints) solely for the client's internal business purposes. Bridgepoint retains all underlying intellectual property rights and methodology rights to these Deliverables.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our forms, diagnostics, or services.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the engagement, including client data and Bridgepoint methodology.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

Bridgepoint Executives makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, or materials included therein. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Formal termination of service agreements will be governed by the specific contractual provisions in the executed client agreement.
