Our primary service models include: *Stabilization and Transition Services:** Interim executive leadership (CSO, CMO, or CDO) to maintain operational stability and de-risk leadership transitions. *Ongoing Fractional Executive Leadership:** Extended embedded leadership to drive enterprise transformation, team development, and operational alignment. *Strategic Planning and Advisory:**Targeted management consulting engagements to author custom strategic plans and roadmaps. Initial discovery sessions conducted via the website are exploratory in nature and do not constitute a binding engagement or contract for paid services until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed by both parties.

2. Client Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Specific client deliverables, including but not limited to Enterprise Strategic Plans, Divisional Business Plans, Go-To-Market Strategies, Strategic Marketing Plans, Digital & Technology Roadmaps, Change Management Plans, and Strategic Action Plans, are governed by individual client agreements. All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, and branding (including the C-Suite Co-Pilot Framework™ and Rethinking Executive Partnership™) made available on this website or in promotional materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bridgepoint Group Inc.

3. Engagement Models & Investment Structure

Services are delivered through formal retainers for embedded executive roles or fixed-scope project terms for advisory deliverables.

  • Retainer structures, time commitments, scope of work, and executive capacity (CSO, CMO, or CDO) are defined in mutually agreed client SOWs.

  • Optional Rolling Fractional Execution Support, when selected following a strategic planning engagement, operates under quarterly renewal terms as specified in the client agreement.
